Freezing and defrosting guidelines
Keep frozen.
Once defrosted, keep below 5°c and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
For best before end date, please see pack.
For best results, always cook from defrosted.
To defrost this whole pack, place the unopened pack in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours or at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours. When ready to use, snip off one corner of the pack and drain off any excess liquid.
To defrost individual portions, place prawns on a plate and cover. Leave in the fridge to defrost fully.
Cooking guidelines
Pan fry: Remove all packaging. Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on a medium heat for 4 minutes, turning occasionally until the prawns turn reddish-orange in colour. Grill: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill, at high temperature, for 4 to 5 minutes, turning frequently until the prawns turn reddish-orange in colour.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. These cooking instructions act as a guide only.
Make sure all work surfaces and utensils are cleaned thoroughly after contact with raw prawns.
